There is nothing better for a man (than) that he should eat and drink, and make his soul enjoy good in his labor. This also I saw, that it is from the hand of God. I know that there is nothing better for them, than to rejoice, and to do good so long as they live. And yet He left not himself without witness, in that he did good and gave you from heaven rains and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts with food and gladness. Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therein to be content. I know how to be abased, and I know also how to abound: in everything and in all things have I learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in want.
