And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Jehovah caused the sea to go (back) by a strong east wind all the night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.
For thou art our Father, though Abraham knoweth us not, and Israel doth not acknowledge us: thou, O Jehovah, art our Father; our Redeemer from everlasting is thy name.
