And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I established the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and that shall come to pass, let them declare.
Hast thou not heard how I have done it long ago, and formed it of ancient times? now have I brought it to pass, that it should be thine to lay waste fortified cities into ruinous heaps.
Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, Jehovah, the first, and with the last, I am he.
Let them bring forth, and declare unto us what shall happen: declare ye the former things, what they are, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or show us things to come.
Who hath declared it from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime, that we may say, (He is) right? yea, there is none that declareth, yea, there is none that showeth, yea, there is none that heareth your words.
(I am the) first (that saith) unto Zion, Behold, behold them; and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them.
and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined (their) appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation;
