In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits: every hand of the wicked shall come upon him. For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool. Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
