And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.And David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD unto his place, which he had prepared for it.So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
