And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto Jehovah; the thunders shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know that the earth is Jehovah's.
Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be mine own possession from among all peoples: for all the earth is mine:
Who hath first given unto me, that I should repay him? (Whatsoever is) under the whole heaven is mine.
But man (being) in honor abideth not: He is like the beasts that perish.
Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? And thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
