My heart was hot within me; While I was musing the fire burned: (Then) spake I with my tongue:
An evil disease, (say they), cleaveth fast unto him; And now that he lieth he shall rise up no more.
But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God: Yea, let them rejoice with gladness.
I called upon thy name, O Jehovah, out of the lowest dungeon.
And he said, I called by reason of mine affliction unto Jehovah, And he answered me; Out of the belly of Sheol cried I, (And) thou heardest my voice.
