Woe is me because of my hurt! my wound is grievous: but I said, Truly this is (my) grief, and I must bear it.
Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou indeed be unto me as a deceitful (brook), as waters that fail?
Why criest thou for thy hurt? thy pain is incurable: for the greatness of thine iniquity, because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
