For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because thou hast rejected the word of Jehovah, he hath also rejected thee from being king. For what hath a man of all his labor, and of the striving of his heart, wherein he laboreth under the sun? For all his days are (but) sorrows, and his travail is grief; yea, even in the night his heart taketh no rest. This also is vanity. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but by reason of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
