Neither shalt thou covet thy neighbor's wife; neither shalt thou desire thy neighbor's house, his field, or his man-servant, or his maid-servant, his ox, or his ass, or anything that is thy neighbor's. Lust not after her beauty in thy heart; Neither let her take thee with her eyelids. And they covet fields, and seize them; and houses, and take them away: and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage. What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Howbeit, I had not known sin, except through the law: for I had not known coveting, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet: For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet, and if there be any other commandment, it is summed up in this word, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as becometh saints;
