And he went from year to year in circuit to Beth-el and Gilgal, and Mizpah; and he judged Israel in all those places.
Then said Samuel to the people, Come, and let us go to Gilgal, and renew the kingdom there.
Come to Beth-el, and transgress; to Gilgal, (and) multiply transgression; and bring your sacrifices every morning, (and) your tithes every three days;
They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, As thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, As the way of Beer-sheba liveth; they shall fall, and never rise up again.
