Jehovah looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men; From the place of his habitation he looketh forth Upon all the inhabitants of the earth, He that fashioneth the hearts of them all, That considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: A mighty man is not delivered by great strength. A horse is a vain thing for safety; Neither doth he deliver any by his great power. If any man thinketh himself to be religious, while he bridleth not his tongue but deceiveth his heart, this man's religion is vain. Putting away therefore all wickedness, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue Keepeth his soul from troubles.
