And those of you that escape shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captive, how that I have been broken with their lewd heart, which hath departed from me, and with they eyes, which play the harlot after their idols: and they shall loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
Then shalt thou remember thy ways, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receive thy sisters, thine elder (sisters) and thy younger; and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant.
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it speaketh to them that are under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God:
What fruit then had ye at that time in the things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
